Multi-purpose sports facilities construction work. Engineer and provide on a rental basis tents of different type and size on Commonwealth Games Venues.
— Tents shall be available in all types: canopy, clear span (halls), pagoda or garden style,
— Tent sizes are dictated by their width which may range from 3m to 50m (clear SPAN). Different sizes and designs must be configurable by adding modules together,
— Walls will be soft walls (clear or opaque wall), rigid (hard PVC side panel), glass panel, windows panel,
— Tent poles shall be available in different heights,
— Tents shall be provided with wood floor (cassette flooring or equivalent) and sub floor when necessary,
— Tents have to be levelled on installation by the supplier. Appropriate under structures shall be provided when necessary,
— Tent understructure shall accommodate tent up to 4m above ground, including in uneven ground (slope),
— Tents shall be provided with exit lockable doors (including panic hardware)and windows panel when requested,
— Tents shall be provided with stairs and access ramps,
— Tents shall be provided with ambiance and emergency lighting, including associated electrical panel,
— Tent walls/floors shall accommodate heating/air conditioning, telecommunications lines/equipment, power and cable transfer systems,
— Tents shall be provided with a ballast or anchoring system,
— Tents must resist to wind and local conditions,
— All tents must have a like-new finish and in any case be less than 5 years old,
— Temporary HVAC system will be required for several tents (Inclusion in this package to be confirmed). The temporary heating system shall be electric, fuel or propane.
