The Customer (HMRC) desire a Service Provider with an in depth understanding of the job boards and recruitment industry, in order to complement and enhance the Customer's own knowledge of suitable providers. The Customer would like a process where there is a collaborative approach in deciding what sort of provider they are looking for, e.g., 'job sites for disabled people' and share their needs with the Service Provider, such as 'unlimited postings'. This would be conducted via email without having to complete lengthy forms, and in close communication with the Service Provider to seek advice if necessary. In some instances where The Customer have already chosen a provider, the ask would be communicating with the Service Provider to procure a contract for them. The Customer desire a Service Provider with the ability to work at pace, a process which is simple and does not require them to complete extensive forms or chase buying agents for updates. Lastly, as the team grows and evolves, the requirement will need to be fluid and change depending on the needs of the wider organisation.
