Statement of Works: We are looking for an experienced and outcome focussed Information Management and Modelling (IMM) Lead. You will have responsibility for creating a delivery strategy for implementing IMM (inclusive of BIM), on the SCAH Capital Programme operations, Technical Assurance Services, the SCAH Programmes multiple Capital Projects and Sub-Programmes. You will have the responsibility of establishing, implementing and performing (planned and reactive) assurance of the implemented IMM plans, as delivered by the Capital Programme Management Office. You will be responsible for line managing the SCAH Capital Programme Document Manager. (The Document Manager will operate to support the Capital Senior Management Team only. An appointed third party will manage the wider Capital Programme delivery document management). Additionally, any third Party Suppliers required to support the development of the IMM (incl. BIM) strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the Capital Programme Management Office and Capital Programme's Projects, establish implementation plans, to achieve/ successfully deliver the IMM strategy. The IMM strategy will need to reflect and align with, APHA/DEFRA and SCAH-Programme level requirements and delivery processes, procedures and models. You will be required to work closely with the SCAH Capital Programme Senior Management Team, the Technical Assurance Service, and specifically the SCAH Capital Programme Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment lead and the SCAH Capital Programme Government Soft Landings leads. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing SCAH Capital Programme senior management team, with the opportunity to develop deep specialisms on key aspects of the work. You will take on highly complex responsibilities, providing advice and guidance as a lead IMM expert in the delivery of the SCAH Capital Programme facilities.
