1.To 3 flats as shown remove plasterboard infill and reinstate fire exit doors frames all doors to be supplied with the relevant signage , smoke seals and closers , new doors and frames to be decorated to clients colours disturbed walls and surfaces to be repaired and decorated to match existing 2.Therapy room , Re hang door and decorate door and frame as discussed 3.S.A.L.T.S Door to the top of stairs supply and fit one new prefinished 2ft'9 fire door including new fire rated pull pack, digital lock and smoke seals and Re decorate frame work . 4.Supply and fit two new fire door and frame sets within the School , doors to be pre finished , and frames to be decorated on site to clients colour choice , doors to be fitted with fire rated handles , digital locks , smoke seals and signage
