Academic Asia is an agency which the CoLFS use to recruit foreign students. A) The Agent has a large number of contacts in the Territory who may be interested in placing their child or children with the School. (B) The School wishes to be introduced to such contacts and is willing to pay the Agent a commission on the terms of this agreement if such contacts place their child or children with the School. (C) The Agent is willing to introduce contacts to the School in return for commission as specified in this agreement.
