Salix Homes Ltd is an award winning social housing provider based in Salford, Greater Manchester. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 8,500 properties. Salix Homes intends to procure and award a contract for the servicing and maintenance of air conditioning systems in commercial properties and domestic air re-circulation units in roof spaces of domestic properties. The contract will also require 24-hour 365 day call out service for responsive repairs to the air conditioning units which are used to cool vital pieces of security and monitoring equipment that have very fine temperature tolerances.
