Following a re-planning exercise Walsall Council, in conjunction with its supplier partners has identified that additional resources and time will be required to fully implement the new One Source system. Ahead of a best value exercise to identify the most advantageous supplier resource solution, we have an urgent need to cover the following roles on interim basis. Contracts will be for a period up to 31 January 2020 or until further arrangements are made that will then continue until the end of the One Source Programme.
