Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint up to Three Contractors (one per lot) to undertake the full refurbishment of communal areas in Lot 1 - Bamburgh Court, Hartlepool Lot 2 - High Grange House, Billingham Lot 3 - Lauder House, Stockton-on-Tees The works includes but not limited to kitchens, drainage, sanitary ware, windows & doors, woodwork, decoration, flooring, signage, tiling, ventilation, external works, M&E services, Fire stopping .The Contract(s) is to be undertaken on a Supply & Install basis Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
