The Phase 1 of the Glassworks Development has now been completed and, in order to comply with statutory obligations and warranty requirements for the systems and equipment with the building, a maintenance schedule must be adhered to. Much of the maintenance is specialist and the installer of M&E services on the project has provided a quotation to carry out the necessary servicing for the first year.
