The Contract will cover a wide range of construction related work that will include: The refurbishment of deck-access blocks (including over-cladding of cores and main blocks, new windows and installation of mono-pitch roofs) high-rise refurbishment programme (to upgrade fire safety features of tower-blocks in Heath Town and replace failing mechanical and electrical infrastructure serving these blocks), plus over-cladding of blocks and new windows
