The successful bidder will need to demonstrate experience of how emergency healthcare is delivered in the UK, experience of working with the armed forces and/or law enforcement and commercial experience to enable them to work with the public sector to develop selected public-sector programmes commercially. This is to provide credibility when interacting with members of the UK healthcare system.
