Hillingdon seeks to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to carry out the role of Principal Designer under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015 on small and medium size projects. A three year contract term is proposed with the option, subject to satisfactory performance, of a one year extension. Hillingdon does not commit to requiring any volume or value of such services being required during the contract term.
