The Education and Training Foundation are seeking to award a contract to carry out an independent evaluation of the delivery of the Professional Exchange Network in the 2019/20 academic year. A previous evaluation of Professional Exchange activity will be available for the successful tenderer to build on. The programme is currently delivered by nine delivery partners on a regional basis. The regions covered by each delivery partner vary in size, with the largest covering three English regions, and the smallest one English county.
