This procurement seeks to identify one provider with the ability to provide an "on demand" generic consultancy service to NEL Healthcare Consulting in Q.4 2019/20. In the event that NHC may need to draw down on this service, to reinforce its consultancy offer during a period when demand for its services can be greater that the consultancy resource it has available.
