Thirteen Housing Group seeks to appoint 1 (one) Contactors to support their in-house R&M Team to undertake and complete all work within void properties. The work will include kitchens, bathrooms, boiler replacements and full heating systems, electrical rewires and associated activities including all certification and handover documents. A programme of approximately 25 - 30 voids is anticipated with all work to be completed by 31 March 2020. The work will be undertaken on a supply and fit basis. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
