A new contract is required to supply all cleaning consumables to Northumbria Police across their geographical area. There will be a requirement for products to be delivered to each individual site and the full details of these addresses are included within the documentation. As well as this the contractor must adhere to the opening times of these sites. Estimated quantities and the current products purchased are all provided and contractors are to tender based upon these, where alternatives are suggested reasons must be given and standards must be of a satisfactory level otherwise the alternative will not be accepted. There will be a core list of products that can be purchased however this will change over time as new requirements are realised and as some products become no longer required.
