The Housing First Support Service will provide individual support to people who have a history of sleeping rough in Milton Keynes, who have a Personalised Housing Plan (as defined in the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017) and have been offered, or are waiting on an offer of, accommodation through Milton Keynes Council (MKC).The purpose of this support service is to enable people, often entrenched in a rough sleeping lifestyle, to take up the opportunity of a more settled way of life within their own accommodation to improve their health and wellbeing.
