We need to procure the services of a technical copywriter to help us develop the final draft of the capability map and capability definitions. The document needs to be clear and visually compelling to enable stakeholders from across the Department to adopt and use the language of capabilities by turning technical language into plain English. While the map is structurally and conceptually sound there are inconsistencies in formatting and language which still require expert support in order to articulate clearly to our stakeholders.
