A 4 year framework in 4 lots from which work may be instructed on an ad hoc, one off basis, or as a programme of works. It is for disrepair and other work not covered by the term responsive repairs contract. It is essential that all contractors appointed on the framework are willing to carry out works of all values and you must be prepared to accept works of less than £10k per order as a direct call off and to bid for works of less than £30k on mini-competition. If appointed failure to adhere to this will result in suspension/removal from the framework.
