Brentwood Borough Council's requirement under this Contract is for the construction of three terraced properties and the construction of three separate areas of parking bays the works include: a.Site clearance including demolition of outbuildings b.The construction of three new terraced houses, widening access road and associated external works. c.The construction of a series of parking bays in the local area and localised works to the highway. The project includes all associated mechanical and electrical service works, decoration, and external landscaping to accommodate the new construction.
