The Contract is for the service and repair of assisted bath maintenance in residential buildings owned or managed by Midland Heart Ltd. Midland Heart expects the successful service provider to deliver this Contract across the Midland Heart property List in Schedule 5 of the tender documents. The Contract will cover all Midland Heart properties where specialist bathing and WC equipment is installed. The Contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years (1 + 1) subject to the performance standards outlined in the tender documents.
