Procurement of Maintenance & Engineering services including, planned maintenance of plant, systems installation & fabric, reactive engineering and fabric maintenance, technical and portering duties, water treatment & air monitoring, Health & Safety relating to building services (lighting testing, water dosing and fixed electrical testing), the integration to L&Q Helpdesk to aid management of operatives, management of Out of Hours helpdesk for all critical L&Q services & security systems, act as L &Q's agent in the supervision of existing contractors for services to be delivered across various sites owned or managed by London Quadrant Housing Trust ("L&Q").
