Ideally will have liaised with Swindon Borough Council (or other primary authority) on this type of project for relevant approval documents and permissions. References will be required & will be contacted. Stage one is to design suitable plans, advise on overall cost and liaise with Swindon Borough Council The ability to work with multiple interested parties is required - Chiseldon Parish Council who are funding this project, and Swindon Borough Council who own the land.
