Tuesday 1st of September 2020 TTC/20/003 Thetford Town Council is seeking tenders to complete external improvements to the Guildhall in Thetford Thetford Town Council is working with the Heritage Lottery, Nicholas Warns Architect and Historic England to restore the Guildhall. We are now seeking tenders to complete the external improvements. The top 5 tenders which are the most competitive in price and meet the Town Council's specification will be evaluated in a tender report. Tender evaluation would be based on 20% quality and 80% cost. Failure to supply any of the information requested in the attached specification could result in the Tender being rejected. Tender Requirements: A fully costed quotation for the external works at the Guildhall as detailed in the specification. The council requires a copy of your public liability insurance up to £10,000,000, Health and safety policy, a sample method statement and risk assessment. 3 examples of previously completed projects, ideally within the last 3-5 years. These are to include a description of the works undertaken and when, a list of any sub-contractors used on the projects, accompanying photographs and references from the relevant Architect/Surveyor.
