Doncaster Council are looking for suitably qualified civil and highways construction companies to be part of a local framework to deliver the "Flags to Flex" footway improvement scheme that will replace old and damaged PCC flags with tarmac surfacing. The use of sub-contractor organisations will supplement the work that will be carried out by the in-house teams of the council (DLO) the scheme is borough wide.
