The Service Provider shall deliver a professional service for a range of commercial building's including rent reviews, lease renewals, letting, general estate management advice, and full estate management on behalf of the Council. The appointed firm will be contracted to provide the services detailed for a period of 48 months (contract length will be 36 months with an optional extension of 12 months). Additional Information: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods. Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the opportunity documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire.
