The Council wishes to appoint a supplier to replace its current Vehicle Management Information System. The new hosted system must include the following: • Supply of the software to replace the existing system; • Professional services necessary to implement the system; • Training in the new system for end users; • A software maintenance contract for the system; and • Ad-hoc remote support as and when required by SCC.
