Crown Commercial Service (CCS) intends to establish a Pan-Government framework for the provision of Asset Finance: Leasing Advisory Services, which allow public sector customers to access Leasing Advice on a range of leasing engagements. The framework will consist of a single lot with 3 core service areas covering Options Appraisal, End to End Procurement and Portfolio Reviews. For a full description of the services please refer to Framework Schedule 1 (Specification) of the Terms and Conditions. The framework can be used by or on behalf of the whole of the UK public sector and their associated bodies and agencies, the voluntary sector, charities and/or other private organisations acting as managing agents or procuring on behalf of the public sector delivering services of a public nature.
