The Authority is undertaking a "Soft Market Test" to find out from the market how best to deliver its "Fire Safety Works" over the next 10 years. The "Soft Market Test"will cover areas such as contract packaging, delivery models, forms of contract, pricing models, incentivisation, social value and innovation. Any organisation or group of organisations (acting in a consortium) may participate in the "Soft Market Test" on the basis that they would be able to provide all of the required services. The Authority is looking for both Contractors and Consultants to support them in the delivery of this programme.
