Specialist contractors experienced in traditional tiled roofs, masonry repairs, and lathe and plaster work to listed buildings are invited to submit their expressions of interest. Current project value up to £50,000 with two stage selection process. Possible additional phases of work up to £50,000 within a period of 5 years. Shortlist of 5 contractors will be selected based on relevant experience with conservation of listed buildings and scheduled monuments, technical capacity, H&S record and lead-in time. Please submit your expression of interest, including a statement to cover the selection criteria above and three examples of similar projects completed in the past 5 years, by 12pm on Friday 21st August, 2020. Tender selection and award criteria 60% quality 40% price. Current project for completion in 2020.
