Planned/Capital works The Framework will be utilised for delivery of the Planned/Capital works programme with these typically being subject to budget provisions made each financial year. The scope of the Framework will include system replacement, major repairs or upgrading of the following types of system/equipment: • Door Entry Systems/Access Controls • CCTV • Powered gates and barriers • Automatic Doors The works would be undertaken in properties throughout the geographical area in which A2Dominion operates. The volumes of work would be dependent on asset surveys and repair data. Programmes of work in terms of the numbers of properties, location and type of equipment would be determined by A2dominion on an annual basis. Installation works in New Development Schemes The Framework will be utilised for delivery of the Door Entry, Access Controls, CCTV, Powered Gates/Barriers works and Automatic Doors in new Development schemes undertaken by A2Dominion or joint-ventures that A2Dominion are involved with.
