Transport for London (TfL) is establishing a replacement framework for recruitment services as outlined in this notice and more particularly described in the procurement documents, for use by TfL and other contracting authorities identified below. This framework is to deliver Contingent Labour Recruitment Services, as a managed service provider, across the Service Recipients identified below. The Framework will also contain the provision to deliver permanent recruitment when needed.
