1.1 Kent Police requires a support contract for their door access control system XPLAN that includes regular door access hardware maintenance, new hardware installations, emergency callout in the event of equipment failure, provision of up to date software versions and to provide support to our in-house IT team with regards to software issues and upgrades. Supporting suppliers must be an approved reseller by ACS who provide the XPLAN software.
