Commission for the Development of a Workforce Strategy

Overview: Social Work England was established under The Children and Social Work Act 2017 (the Act) to be a new single-profession regulator for social workers in England. We are a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB) and we operate at arm's length from government. We became the regulator on 2nd December 2019. As an organisation, our people are at the centre of everything that we do. We are committed to continuing to invest in our people, and are looking to partner with a Potential Provider who are experts in their field, and who can work in collaboration with us to develop an effective workforce strategy, succession plan and talent management framework.
