We require your most competitive tender submission based on attached specification and drawings. Please ensure you include for all/any items you deem applicable to complete the works. The site consists of 28 apartments which are a mix of tenures, see plot list included. We anticipate the tiling works will commence February 2021. We require your price to be fixed of the duration of the works and remain open for acceptance for a period of 3 months. An order will be raised with the successful contractor and the order will be in accordance with Conditions of Contract set out by Bromford Developments Limited, see attached Sub contract T&C document. These will where at variance take precedence and commencement of work is deemed acceptance of this clause.
