Improvements to the fire alarm and emergency lighting at Giles Brook Primary School. The project objectives are to ensure that the fire alarm and emergency lighting improvements are: • are of good quality materials and workmanship; • are carried out with regards to the health and safety of contractors, workers and end users of the property; and • the project is completed on time, within budget and to a high quality. The Contractor is required to manage, supervise, provide and deliver the whole of the works.
