The contract will consist of routine and non-routine maintenance and repair works to warden call, fire alarms and door entry systems that are located within IBC's sheltered schemes buildings and communal areas for rented homes. The requirements of this contract shall include provision to replace equipment that is no longer serviceable or costs effective and includes the option to replace existing equipment, in order to take advantage of new technologies that may become available during the lifetime of this contract.
