We are asking for bids from creative agencies for the design of a marketing campaign. Salford City Council has been allocated funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the Reopening High Streets Safely (RHSS) campaign, and this commission relates to communications and public information activity to ensure that reopening of local high streets can be managed successfully and safely. ITQ submissions must be received by 27 July 2020 including core costs and a costed menu of recommended or additional costs. Successful agencies after the preliminary evaluation will be asked to present high-level design concepts for initial review and evaluation. Successful agencies following this first stage evaluation will then be asked to attend a pitch interview w/c 03 August 2020. Submissions will be judged both on creativity, strategic ability to meet the brief and value for money including social value.
