Provision for treatment of HWRC collected bulky waste and black bag waste. You are invited to tender for the Lots detailed below: 1. Lot 1 - Bedford Borough Council - Household/Commercial Kerbside Residual Collections/Black Bag Waste and Bulky Waste 2. Lot 2 - Central Bedfordshire Council - Household Kerbside and Street Cleansing Residual Waste South 3. Lot 3 - Central Bedfordshire Council - Household Kerbside and Street Cleansing Residual Waste - North 4. Lot 4 - Central Bedfordshire Council - Household Kerbside and Street Cleansing Residual Waste - South 5. Lot 5 - Central Bedfordshire Council - Bulky Waste - North 6. Lot 6 - Central Bedfordshire Council - Bulky Waste - South Tenderers may bid for all Lots, any combination of Lots of just one Lot. Please note, a separate contract will be held for each Lot and the Contract will be between the single Council responsible for that lot and the Contractor. Notification of intention to award 21/08/2020 to 6/10/2020 Award of Contract 01/09/2020 to 19/10/2020 Target contract commencement date or delivery date 01/10/2020 to 14/11/2020 Please note, Bedford Borough Council will need to seek approval from its Executive Committee prior to awarding Lot 1. This is why the notification of intention to award, mobilisation and award of contract dates vary. Lots 2 - 6 offered by Central Bedfordshire Council have varying start dates which are detailed in Schedule 2 (Specification) Tender process: OJEU - Open Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the Tender process. Last date for receiving questions on In-Tend system: 31/07/2020 Return of Tender - Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our In-Tend electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the My Return section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 10/08/2020. Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
