To provide a comprehensive maintenance service (to include pre-planned & reactive maintenance), minor works and asset and condition appraisal for all Fire Alarm, Security, Access Control and CCTV systems at Kingston University's property portfolio. For ease of use this contract is divided into the 3 lots below, however it is Kingston University's preferred solution to appoint a single contractor to cover all 3 lots. Lot 1. Fire Detection, Alarm & Protection Systems Lot 2. Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Supporting Systems Lot 3. Access Control, Intruder Alarm and Supporting Systems This contract is intended to start from the expiry of our current arrangements on the 1st March 2021 and will likely involve the TUPE of staff from the incumbant provider.
