The Humber Bridge Board currently processes Debit and Credit card payments through multiple channels: • Toll Plaza in-lane, via the staffed toll booths • Customer present, in the Customer Services Office • Telephone • Online, via the Humbertag website Card payments are currently processed by an on-going contract which has completed its first tranche. The Board proposes to enter into one Contract for a period of one year with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider), with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of six months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Board and subject to satisfactory performance. The anticipated service commencement date is October 2018
