The requirement is for the development of a Population Viability Analysis (PVA) model framework and Shiny App ( R Studio) tool that can be used to model populations of a range of seabird species and allow exploration of the effects of different assumptions and model parameters on the predicted population level. The tool will allow for example, different demographic parameters, stochasticity, density dependence functions, population impact levels etc. to be easily explored, interrogated and visualised.
