The Contract is for the Supply and Service Support of a Incinerator Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS). Supply includes delivery, installation, commissioning, testing and Certification and will be delivered in accordance with a Build and Installation Programme of Works agreed with the Incinerator Facility Project Lead at the Contract Start-Up Meeting, prior to commencing the works. Service Support includes specified periodic calibration and servicing (preventative maintenance) as required, and a parts replacement/repair service in case of failure of the system, or any parts thereof. The Contractor shall supply all spares, replacement parts etc., necessary for the repair/maintenance/modification of the items covered by the Contract. The Service Support will be delivered in accordance with the CEMS Service Support Package agreed with the Incinerator Facility Project Lead at the Contract Start-Up Meeting, prior to commencing the works.
