Coventry's NO2 Reduction Early Measures Programme involves a number of measures of which one is the installation of pollution sensors on the A4600 Walsgrave Road (Coventry) route to monitor air quality and provide real time analysis of pollutant emissions along the route and at the sensor locations. Two types of sensor are required by the City Council that are to be installed along the Walsgrave Route. The City Council expects to purchase 3 to 5 of each unit from the appointed supplier. The installation will be carried out by Coventry City Council (CCC) and the supplier will not be required to do this. The appointed supplier will be required to support the sensors for a 5 year period from delivery to ensure they remain fully operation for the 5 year period. Further detail on the specification for each unit can be found on the scope document attached to the project on our e-tendering portal - www.csw-jets.co.uk
