WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint a service provider to work with us to provide our required Responsive Lift Maintenance and Repairs service. The estimated contract value is approx. £2,700,000 over the duration of nine years i.e. £300,000 per annum. WMHG will be seeking to appoint service providers who can demonstrate previous experience of providing a guaranteed 24-hour, 365/6 days a year responsive maintenance cover including out of hours services. A primary requirement will be an understanding of how these services should be delivered in rural and widely dispersed geographical areas.
