WCHG has a requirement for a new electronic payment solution to replace the existing contract. Lot 1 - Payment Cards, IVR, WEB and virtual terminal Lot 2 - Direct Debit This will be a Framework Agreement, led by WCHG and on behalf of partner organisations (refer to ITT Specification). Duration - the agreement will run for a period of TWO years, with an option to extend for TWO further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performances and annual review.
