Each organisation that has a live subscription has one username and password. This is can be used by all the employees of that organisation who want to access the Subscribers' Area.

If the password for your organisation is changed, the new username/password will only be sent to the main user.

Change password   This enables the main user to change the username and password for your organisation; the new details will only be sent to the main user.

Change Main User   This is the person that we will contact for subscription information, issue updates to and who has control over password changes.

Please note:  Providing the username/password to any other person outside of your organisation
breaks the terms of your licence and you may become liable to pay for another licence.
